• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; OR
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN ALL EVENTS, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

• Informal Negotiations: In the event of any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, you agree to first contact us directly at shahar@toranixpower.com to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith informal negotiations.
• Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of informal notice, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by local law.

The Site may contain links or connections to third-party web services or hosting providers (such as Vercel Inc.). We do not control or endorse third-party content or policies and are not responsible for their availability or practices.
